Hi, I’m Polina, a passionate digital communications professional helping meaningful ideas grow into socially impactful results.
As a journalist, I have wanted to change the world since I was 15 and have always been driven to do more than just observe it.
My social impact journey began in Ireland in 2012, where I volunteered for a year in a homeless shelter at Cork Simon Community, an experience that deeply shaped me as a person, changed the way I saw the world and made me want my life to create real impact for people.
Since then, I have earned two additional degrees, one MBA in Marketing and Strategy and another Advanced Master in Development Studies and Law, Conflict and Peace from the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
Over the past 10 years, I have worked with various nonprofit organizations, such as Human Rights Watch, International IDEA, EARSC, PAX Christi, Refugees Work Flanders and others helping their causes grow and succeed through impactful digital communications.
Alongside my work in digital communications for socially impactful causes, supporting communities and empowering people and especially women has always been a huge part of my life.
I’ve worked as a language coach for 7 years, co-founded the Dutch Speaking Club and Refugees Hub and founded a Slow Running Girls club that both grew into powerful communities supporting hundreds of people. This year I started coaching women to help them gain clarity and navigate life transitions in a compassionate environment.
I’m also obsessed with meaningful travel. I’ve visited more than 50 countries so far, and every place, culture, and conversation has shaped the way I see the world. Last year I walked my first Camino de Santiago and I share my insights on my YouTube channel.
Everything I do comes down to the same goals: empowering others, building strong communities and creating positive change.
The combination of purpose, empowerment and powerful communication is what drives me and inspires me every day. If you’re working on a mission that matters, I’d love to help it grow through my digital and communication skills. Reach out, and let’s talk.
