Hi, I’m Polina, I help mission-driven people and organizations grow their social impact — through communications, community, and coaching.
In 2012, I left everything behind to volunteer at a homeless shelter at Cork Simon Community in Ireland. That year changed me. I stopped wanting to just observe the world, I wanted to shape it.
Since then, everything I do comes back to one thing: helping people find their power and use it to create positive social change.
Over the past decade , I have worked with various nonprofit organizations, such as Human Rights Watch, International IDEA, EARSC, PAX Christi, Refugees Work Flanders helping helping mission-driven teams grow their reach through digital communications that actually connect. But my work has never stayed inside office walls.
I co-founded the Dutch Speaking Club and Refugees Hub and founded a Slow Running Girls club — what began as a small running club grew into a community of hundreds of women showing up for each other, week after week. I’ve coached language learners for seven years. And this year I started coaching women through life transitions — those moments when you know something needs to change but you’re not sure where to start.
I’ve also learned a lot from movement — literally. I’ve traveled to over 50 countries, walked my first Camino de Santiago, and write about solo travel for women who want to explore the world with intention and share my insights on my YouTube channel.
Everything I do comes down to the same goals: empowering others, building strong communities and creating positive change.
All of it — the nonprofits, the communities, the coaching, the road — is the same belief: that people are more capable than they think, and sometimes they just need the right space to realize it.
If you’re building something that matters, I’d love to help you tell that story. Let’s talk.
